6. Personalised and Engraved Jewellery

Personalised products are made to individual specifications and are generally excluded from the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases.

Once production has begun, changes to personalisation details may not be possible.

Personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. However, this restriction does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, including where an item is faulty, incorrectly personalised by us or not as described.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy and on the relevant product pages.

Available UK delivery options may include:

• Free Standard Delivery: estimated 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery: estimated 1–2 working days, subject to availability.

• Next Day Delivery: estimated 1 working day, subject to availability.

• Saturday Delivery: available for eligible orders where offered at checkout.

Delivery estimates generally begin after dispatch. Personalised products may require additional production time, as stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery and undelivered goods remain unaffected.
